 1. Upload `free-dictionary-org.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Place the Free Dictionary widget in your sidebar
 4. Write plugin settings
 5. See it on your sidebar
