using the official VIES SOAP service.

 1. Upload the `woo-eu-vat-validator` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
 3. Ensure WooCommerce is active.
 4. Test checkout with a valid EU VAT number.
