This plugin connects to the following external services:

1. Social Manager (Required)

Social Manager is the AI platform that powers the chatbot. The connection is required for the plugin to work.

  • When the chatbot loads: Your Website ID is sent to Social Manager’s API to retrieve your chatbot configuration.
  • When a visitor sends a message: The message content is sent to Social Manager’s servers for AI processing.

  • Visitor interaction data: Basic interaction data (messages, timestamps) is stored in your Social Manager account.

2. Google Fonts (Optional, for styling)

The chatbot widget loads the “Inter” font from Google Fonts to ensure consistent typography. This request is made from the visitor’s browser when the chatbot widget renders.

  • Conversations are stored in your Social Manager account
  • No personal data is collected without user interaction
  • All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
  • You can delete conversation data at any time from your Social Manager dashboard

Automatic Installation
