external-thumbnail.zipto the/wp-content/plugins/directory and Unzip - ਵਰਡਪ੍ਰੈਸ ‘ਚ ਵਾਧੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਰਿਆਸ਼ੀਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੂਚੀ ‘ਚੋਂ ‘ਵਾਧੇ’ ਚੁਣ ਕੇ ਕਰੋ।

I was using a different external images to thumbnails plugin, and it stopped working when I switched to apostrophe theme and installed jetpack.
This plugin works for me.
