This plugin connects to the MyDeputy cloud service (https://mydeputy.co.uk) to deliver AI chat and booking functionality.
Data sent to the service includes: site URL, site token, administrator email, and visitor chat/booking messages — but only after the administrator explicitly enables consent in plugin settings and clicks “Connect MyDeputy”.
Your data, your rules. You can request complete deletion of all your data from MyDeputy servers at any time — simply disconnect the plugin or contact our support team. No data is retained after deletion.
